Taiwan Stamps : 1953 TW C36 Scott 1068, 1069 Pair, Used, 3rd Anniv.President Chiang's Resumption Office Perforation, Used (Free Shipping by Great Wall Bookstore) : In commemoration of the third anniversary of President Chiang's resumption of office, a set of commemorative stamps was issued in nearly the same design as that of the previous issue except that the national flag and the President's portrait were somewhat enlarged and the stamps were issued in six denominations. The stamps were printed in intaglio by the Central Engraving & Printing Works, Taipei, while the flag was separately colored in red and blue by the typography process.
