Tumble is a technique of lower limbs: all kinds of leg technique. Strike is a technique of upper limbs: all kinds of strike techniques. Capture is a technique of finger: all kinds of closing Jingluo. Seize is a technique of hand: all kinds of grasp, seize, lock and buckle. Throw is a technique of throw which uses three kinds of throw techniques. This set was passed on by Master Hu Xiangzhai, the disciple of Yang Jianhou who was the second generation of Yang-style Taiji. The content of Single Pushing Hands: The harmony and standardization between the upper leg and the lower leg. What the upper limbs stresses is the circle which should be round and big. The strength can??€?t be increased or decreased. Arms should be rotated inward and outward. Circle can be divided into two semicircles, four areas.
