Taiwan Stamps : 1993 TW S318 Scott 2889-91 Water Plants, MNH - F-VF : To introduce the gorgeous plants in Taiwan, this Directorate released a set of Water Plants Postage Stamps. The subjects were recommended by Jeng Yuan-chun, Head of Department of Botany, Taiwan Museum. The three plants taken as the motifs are: Water Lily( Nymphaea ?? hybrida), Taiwan Cow Lily( Nuphar Shimadai) and Water Hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes)
