Shaolin Paired Practice - Single Broadsword vs. Spear : (61 minutes 1 DVD, All region, Subtitles: Chinese, English ) Sparring an item in Chinese boxing. Based on the single practices of hand forms or weapons, the routine of this exercises is derived from strike, throw, catch, punch, thrust, hack , upper cut, chop, point, tilt, and so on.
